An apartment in the very heart of Tel Aviv, located in a new building, sounds inherently aesthetic and functional. In reality, however, the Israeli real estate market most often offers either empty apartments with grey porcelain tile floors and white walls, or sublets filled with the owners’ personal belongings. Our goal was to create an interior that would impress future tenants while requiring minimal financial investment.
Renting an unfurnished apartment inevitably requires significant time and financial investment. Choosing a ready-made interior that is stylistically cohesive and thoughtfully planned is a far more practical solution.
