In Berlin, most apartments in new residential buildings look very similar: white walls, wooden parquet floors, standard doors, and a typical kitchen unit. My goal was to give this space a strong sense of individuality while preserving the flexibility to easily adapt furniture and decor for a possible future home.

As changes to the layout and partition placement were not possible, the spatial zoning was developed through conceptual design approaches.
